What are the taxes on my reservation?

A combined lodging tax of 8.8% applies to all stays, along with a daily tourism fee. This includes:

6.5% Washington State Lodging Tax
2.3% City of Richland Lodging Tax
$3 per day Tourism Tax

What is the credit authorization at check-in?

We have a $200 incidental hold with a Credit Card

What is the guestroom cancellation policy?

Reservations must be cancelled by no later than 4:00 pm 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged a one-night stay plus tax. If the reservation was prepaid, the reservation is non-refundable. Please call our reservations team at (509) 713-7423 to make changes or cancellations

Is there a minimum age requirement to check-in?

Yes, the minimum age requirement to check-in is 18 years old.

I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?

I booked on a website other than lodgeatcolumbiapoint.com, and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

Please contact the website where your original reservation was created to make changes to your stay. These changes will then be reflected in our system.

Do you offer late check-out?

We do not offer late check-out, but you are welcome to use the facilities in the hotel after you are out of your room. That would include Riva Riverside Italian Dining, fitness center, and pool access via a separate key from the front desk

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 4PM. Check-out time is 12 PM each day.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

We always try our best to accommodate but we cannot guarantee it.

Can I store my bags before I check-in or after I check-out?

We will happily store your bags as a courtesy after you check-out or before you are able to check-in.

What are the options for parking?

We offer complimentary parking for our overnight guests on property.

Do you provide electric vehicle charging stations for guests?

Yes, our Level 2 EV charging stations make it simple to power up your vehicle while you relax and recharge yourself.

Can I have a package sent there before my arrival?

Yes, please have the label read your name and The Lodge at Columbia Point.

Is The Lodge at Columbia Point pet-friendly?

We are a pet-friendly hotel with limited pet-friendly rooms on specific floors. A $40 pet fee applies per pet, per stay.

What’s the best way to pay for my reservation?

We prefer that you pay by Credit card, but we accept cash with a required $500 cash deposit for incidentals.

Is smoking allowed on property?

The Lodge at Columbia Point is a 100% smoke-free property. Designated smoking areas are available outside on the ground floor. Smoking in guest rooms or on balconies is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

Do you offer extra beds or cribs?

We offer rollaway beds for a $25 per stay fee, as well as Pack ’n Plays at no charge. Please call our Guest Services team to confirm availability prior to arrival. 509.713.7423

Do you charge an amenity fee?

An amenity fee of $15 daily is included in the nightly price. Services and amenities include: a daily $10 dining credit to Riva Riverside Italian Dining (alcohol excluded), a one-time $20 spa credit toward any treatment at Columbia Point Spa, bike rental, parking, Wi-Fi, and in-room and lobby coffee and tea.

No, we do not
