Reservations
- What are the taxes on my reservation?
- WA State Lodging Tax: 8.7%
- Richland City Lodging Tax: 2%
- Tourism Tax: $3 per day
- What is the credit authorization at check-in?
- We have a $200 incidental hold with a Credit Card
- What is the guestroom cancellation policy?
- Guests must cancel their reservation at least 24 hours prior to their stay to receive a full refund.
- Is there a minimum age requirement to check-in?
- Yes, the minimum age requirement to check-in is 18 years old.
- I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?
- I booked on a website other than lodgeatcolumbiapoint.com, and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
- Contact us, or better, call your 3rd party reservation agent directly. We have very little power to make changes to reservations booked via a 3rd party.
- Do you offer late check-out?
- We do not offer late check-out, but you are welcome to use the facilities in the hotel after you are out of your room. That would include Drumheller’s Food & Drink, fitness center, and pool access via a separate key from the front desk

- What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in time is 4PM. Check-out time is 12 PM each day.
- Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
- We always try our best to accommodate but we cannot guarantee it.
- Can I store my bags before I check-in or after I check-out?
- We will happily store your bags as a courtesy after you check-out or before you are able to check-in.
- What are the options for parking?
- We offer complimentary parking for our overnight guests on property
- Can I have a package sent there before my arrival?
- Yes, please have the label read your name and The Lodge at Columbia Point.
- Does The Lodge at Columbia Point offer electric vehicle charging?
- We offer extension cords but do not yet have a proper EV charging station.
- Is The Lodge at Columbia Point pet-friendly?
- We are a pet-friendly hotel with limited pet-friendly rooms on specific floors. A $40 pet fee applies per pet, per stay.
- What’s the best way to pay for my reservation?
- We prefer that you pay by Credit card, but we accept cash with a required $500 cash deposit for incidentals.
- Is smoking allowed on property?
- There are designated Smoking areas outside the hotel on the ground level
- Do you offer extra beds or cribs?
- We offer rollaway beds as well as Pack n’plays. All subject To availability.
- Where can I buy Gift Certificates?

- Do you have a restaurant or bar?
- Yes, we do have a restaurant and a separate bar, plus in room dining and pool service
- Do you have a fitness center?
- Yes, located on the first floor. Our fitness center is open 24/7
- How much do you charge for high speed/Wi-Fi internet access?
- We offer complimentary Wi-Fi.
- Do you have an outdoor space?
- Yes, we have a small restaurant patio, a small bar patio and an open-air swimming pool area.
- Do you have a business center?
- No, we do not
- Do you have a pool? If so, what are the hours?
- Yes, our pool is open from 7 AM to 10 PM
- Do you have a spa? What are the hours and treatments available?

- How do I send wine, chocolates, or gifts to a guestroom?
- Please reach our Front Desk at (509) 713-7423 for all add-on requests.
