On-site Fitness Room

Our fitness room is located next to the pool area and massage studio. It is open 24 hours.

On-Site Board Room

Our Reserve Room will seat up to 20 people with boardroom style seating. Theater style and class room style vary depending on additional equipment needed. Please contact the sales department for availability.

Baby Pack-&-Plays

For our smallest guests, we have portable pack-&-plays that are available by request and are free of charge.

Check In/Out

Check in time is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 pm.

ADA Compliant Rooms

5 of our rooms are fully ADA compliant. The Lodge at Columbia Point wishes to accommodate any special needs or requests from our guests. The following information includes features of the property, building, and rooms that are available for our guests with special needs. If you have any questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to call the Front Desk.

Wheel Chair Access

Wheel chair access to the riverfront trail can be accessed from the lobby living room on the 1st floor. We also have an elevator. For locations on both of these, see the Property Map in this guide.

Hearing Assistance

13 guest rooms are specially equipped for the hearing impaired.

Closed-Caption Televisions

All televisions come with this option.

Disability Parking

Our parking lot has four handicapped parking spaces on the north side of the main entrance. A DMV issued handicap parking permit is required to use these spaces.

Shower Chairs & Bathroom Bars

Rooms 123, 125, 225, 233 and 431 have handicapped bars and fold down shower chairs in the bathrooms. We also have a portable shower chair should you need it in any of our other rooms. Please call the Front Desk, and we will bring it to you.

Feather Pillows

We are pleased to offer down feather pillows upon request.

Gift Certificates

What could be more celebratory than a gift certificate for delicious fresh food and festive spirits at Drumheller’s? The answer is, you might include in your gift, an overnight stay in one of our beautiful waterfront rooms! The gift of time, and the opportunity to enjoy the company of those we love, is the best gift of all. They may be purchased at the Front Desk.


Our Housekeepers are available daily from 10 am – 3 pm. They have provided you with coffee mugs, wine glasses & a wine opener as well as your bathroom amenities (shampoos, soaps, towels, etc.). They will refresh and replace these during your stay-over service. Bed linens are usually changed out every other day, unless otherwise specified by you. You can request additional items from the Front Desk at any time.

Pre-Bagged Ice Stations

1st floor by the public restrooms at the south end of the hallway. 2nd floor by the boardroom at the south end of the hall. 3rd and 4th floors in the lobbies between the elevators.

Internet Access

The Lodge at Columbia Point has complimentary wireless internet service throughout the property. To access simply turn on your wireless device, locate network signal labeled LPC, select “connect,” and type in current password (contact Front Desk if you were not given password at check-in). If you experience any problems connecting to this complimentary service, please contact the Front Desk.

Lending Library & Fireplace

Our Lending Library is for your enjoyment and is not constrained to the library itself. We hope you find that we have a fascinating and fun assortment of books for every age and interest available throughout The Lodge. Our Library and Fireplace are located just outside the north elevator on the 2nd floor. We also have puzzles and games for little ones available at the front desk! Feel free to read in our public areas or take items back to your room.

Columbia Point Massage Studio

If you would prefer a full service spa experience, our Front Desk has detailed information and brochures.

Office Assistance (Copies, Faxes, Mail)

We are happy to help with your copying, faxing, and mailing needs. The charge for transmitting or receiving a fax is $2.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page. Copies and printing are $0.25 per page for black and white and $1.00 per page for color. Out-going mail dropped at the Front Desk will go out the next day. Stationery, envelopes, and postcards are available at the Front Desk as well.

Packages & Special Treats

Our Guest Services Department has an in-depth selection of special occasion packages, champagne, wine, chocolates and fun snacks to embellish your visit and set a celebratory mood. You can order these things ahead of time or have them added upon arrival. Stop by or call the Front Desk for detailed information on our current packages. You are also welcome to visit our website: for a complete list. Please keep in mind that advance notice is needed for floral items, bakery cakes and massages.

Pet Guests

If you are staying here with your dog, cat, bird, or any other pet (no snakes please!), you should have received a pet basket in your room. Since most of our animal guests are dogs, the baskets aim to meet their needs. They come with a sleeping sheet, doggie towel, package of treats, and dog “pick up” bags. There are also extra dog bags available at the Front Desk. If you need or want more of what’s in the basket, please call the Front Desk.

Toothbrushes, Shaving Kits & Shower Caps

The Front Desk has new toothbrushes with toothpaste and shower caps in case you forgot to bring yours!
