Each dish is expertly paired with the finest releases from Frichette Winery, all while being hosted by Winemaker Shae Frichette and set to the backdrop of the Columbia River.

Nestled in the heart of Red Mountain is Frichette Winery, a labor of love created from the flip of a coin and knocking on doors. In 2010, Greg suggested to Shae that they start a family and move closer to their parents. Excited, Shae assumed they’d relocate to South Carolina, but Greg had other plans of moving back home to Washington State.
To solve the conflict, they flipped a coin and agreed that if it landed on heads, they’d move to Washington, and tails to South Carolina. The coin landed on heads, and they packed their bags for the Evergreen State, leaving their careers in Corporate Training and IT to venture into wine. They set out with a heart for Red Mountain, knocking on doors to find the perfect home for their winery.
In 2013, Frichette Winery opened its doors, becoming a beacon of warmth and hospitality in the community. Open daily from noon to 5 PM, guests and club members are welcomed with open arms into their cozy tasting room, where limited handcrafted red wines await. At Frichette Winery, every visit promises warmth, comfort, and the joy of great wine shared among friends.
